No charge for your discussion with your doctor (video, telephone, or face-to-face consultations are extra)
There is no charge for issuing repeat prescriptions.
We can arrange referrals to consultants without necessarily needing a face-to-face appointment. There is no charge for referral letters.

For new patients, we request that you book a 45-minute new patient medical – this is discounted at 20% compared to a normal health check
A new patient medical is not usually required for children who are part of your membership

If we cannot solve your problem “online,” we will offer you an appointment. Wherever possible, these will be same-day appointments, either video consultations or face-to-face in our surgery. There is an extra charge for these.
