We seek to bridge the gap between mental health and physical health services for your staff. We combine physical health checks with wellbeing services to provide a medically backed, evidence-based and quality service to prevent and treat illness and build a strong mind, body and breath in your workforce.

Who are we?
- Dr Claire Gillvray is a medical doctor with 25 years of experience in the NHS and Private sectors. She is a member of the Royal College of Psychiatrists and GPs and has an MSc in Sports Medicine. She is a qualified personal trainer, nutritionist, and Lifestyle Medicine lead for Cambridgeshire and Peterborough Foundation Trust.
- Lucy is a senior Yoga Alliance registered yoga teacher with over 500 hours of teacher training. She is also a certified breath coach and mobility specialist.
- Claire and Lucy have been working together since 2018 in the corporate space, providing well-being services and support for local businesses.
